Black tea: Tea made from oxidized green tea leaves, the most popular form of tea in the West today. Black tea not only sharpens your mind and keeps you awake, but it also has various health benefits. Chamomile Blossoms: Chamomile tea is a very well-known herbal tea. It provides a calming feeling, helps control diabetic issues, and can also help fight stomach problems! Chamomile tea also strengthens your immune system (particularly against bacteria-based infections). This isn’t full-on chamomile tea, but we’ve included a few blossoms for your enjoyment. Keep in mind that chamomile tea raises the chances of a miscarriage. Do not drink this if pregnant.
