Lemonade is just so mainstream. Get the best of both the lemon and tea worlds with this delicious Lemon Ginger Tea. The sweet flavor of the lemon beautifully compliments the bright ginger flavor.
Luxury Ingredients:
Black tea, Calendula, Ginger, Lemongrass leaves, Lemon pieces, Lime, Pineapple, Sunflower petals
Holistic Properties:
Black tea: Tea made from oxidized green tea leaves, the most popular form of tea in the West today. Black tea not only sharpens your mind and keeps you awake, but it also has various health benefits. This may include reducing your chances of getting atherosclerosis, diabetes, kidney stones, and ovarian cancer.
Calendula: Often utilized to fight cancer, ulcers, and sore throat.
Ginger: An herbal root that helps fight all sorts of stomach ailments.
Lemongrass leaves: Help add a lemony taste. Lemongrass increases your sweat output, which helps fight fevers. Lemongrass may also reduce your chance of getting skin cancer.
Lemon pieces: The lemon is a citrus fruit, so it is a superb source of Vitamin C, which can naturally fight cancer. If you’re feeling under the weather, lemon can also help stop fevers by causing you to sweat more, similarly to lemongrass. We’ve included some pieces of this nifty fruit in this tea.
Lime: Like the lemon, it’s also a citrus fruit, so it’s a fantastic source of vitamin C. Citrus fruits not only combat the free radicals in the body with its vitamin C, but they’re also good for those suffering from diabetes; limes prevent sudden rises in both glucose and blood sugar levels.
Pineapple: There is an enzyme named bromelain which combats arthritis, but it isn’t common – yet pineapple has it! Pineapple is also known to reduce your chances of getting various kinds of cancer, including breast and throat cancer, thanks to its vitamin C.
Sunflower petals: In tea, these petals are thought to combat sore throats very well.
